Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by trees, this 6 bedroom, 6 full baths, 1 half bath home offers the rare combination of privacy and convenience. Guests can walk 100-200 yds to access the 4 O’Clock run and ski down to the Snowflake Lift or Gondola, while historic downtown Breckenridge is just minutes away. The home comfortably accommodates 16 guests across 4,843 sq. ft. of beautifully designed living space.
Entering on the lower level, guests can easily explore all five levels via the in-home elevator. The entertainment level features a spacious family room with a pool table, foosball, large leather sectional, gas fireplace, and big screen TV. A fully equipped wet bar with beverage refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker keeps refreshments close at hand. Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub, firepit with seating, and peaceful mountain setting.
The lower level includes multiple sleeping options, including a bunk room with 1 Queen over Queen Bunk and 1 XL Twin over XL Twin Bunk, perfect for kids or groups. Additional king suites throughout the home offer blackout shades, TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and double vanities.
The private primary suite occupies its own floor and features a cozy sitting area with views of Mt. Baldy, a 50-inch flat screen TV, and a spa-inspired bathroom with double vanity, large glass shower with built-in bench, and a contemporary soaking tub.
The main level showcases towering ceilings, timber beams, and a wall of windows framing ski slope and mountain views. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with professional-grade appliances, a massive granite island, two dishwashers, a walk-in pantry with second refrigerator, and seating for gathering at the island and dining table. French doors open to a deck with outdoor dining area and grill. This main living area also enjoys air conditioning.
An upper loft provides additional relaxation space with a sofa, beanbag chairs, and TV, along with a queen bedroom and ensuite bath. Additional amenities include ultra-fast Wifi - 200+Mbps, workspace, sound system, ski storage room, boot dryers, spacious mud room, washer and dryer, and garage with ping-pong table and Electric Vehicle Charger. Parking is available for six vehicles total, with 2 in the garage and 4 in the driveway. 4WD Vehicle Recommended in Winter.
This Dog friendly home offers complimentary shuttle service mid-November through mid-April and access to personalized guest services for trip planning, ski logistics, private chefs, and more. Please note that weddings and events are not permitted.
