This fantastic 3BR/3BA condo promises a memorable stay with ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain Resort. Enjoy year-round access to the heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Or simply relax on your own private rooftop patio.

Walk to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs. The brand-new ice skating rink at Park City is also next door.

Drive 6.6 miles for upscale shopping at the nearby Tanger Outlets, or catch the bus -- you’re right on the city’s free route.

Please note the pool is closed until mid-September. The hot tubs will remain open in Building A, although the fitness center may be intermittently closed during the construction.

LIVING AREA

Rustic-chic décor, high ceilings, and upscale furnishings create a classic ski lodge feel. Spread out on the sectional for a movie night around the 52” TV with Blu-ray.

KITCHEN & DINING

White cabinetry and tiled counters create a visually stimulating contrast against the dark cement floor of the fully equipped kitchen.

Cook to your heart’s content with a full suite of appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser. Helpful gadgets include two coffee makers, a toaster, and an electric tea kettle.

Dine at the 12-seat table, or perch at the kitchen bar for four.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV with Blu-ray, office nook, and en-suite bath with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and tub.

The second bedroom contains two queen beds, a TV, plenty of closet space, and a mirrored dressing table.

The third bedroom has a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, twin trundle, and TV.

Upstairs, the second bath contains a tub/shower combination, while the downstairs third bath has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The rooftop patio features a wicker dining table, sofa chair, shade umbrella, and spectacular views.

The complex also boasts a year-round community pool and hot tub with an abundance of seating.

Enjoy access to the on-site fitness center and three ski lockers.

This condo is located on the third floor. Elevators are available.

LOCATION

Skiing isn’t the only attraction in Park City. Climb aboard the nearby Park City Alpine Coaster for an adrenaline-inducing ride down the mountain -- you control your speed.

Hike the Union Pacific Rail Trail, a 28-mile non-motorized jaunt between Park City and the Echo Reservoir. You can also ski the trail, mountain bike, or ride horseback.

Historic Main Street is a 5-minute drive away. Discover eclectic eateries and pubs, performing artists and musicians, art galleries, boutiques, and souvenir shops.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Parking notes: Here is the link to your rental-

Link will take you to the correct parking garage entrance. Guests may park in the loading and unloading zones and take their belongings upstairs. Once you have unloaded your belongings retrieve the parking pass from the unit and park your vehicle in the underground parking level (P4) beneath the temporary guest parking. There is a ramp immediately to the left when first entering the parking garage that takes you down to P4.
