The main living space is at the rear of the unit. It has a stunning brand-new remodeled kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker and the pans and dishes to complete any meal. The dining room has a large picnic bench seating area, which is adjacent to a sectional pull-out sofa - a great place to kick back and relax after exploring Telluride.

This unit has one parking spot in the courtyard parking or public parking lot next door; a permit is required. Parking is first-come, first-served. Complimentary wifi is included. Coin laundry is available. There is no A/C at this property, and the complex hot tub is currently closed.
