Excellent access to downtown fun and ski resorts makes this 6BR/5BA rental a top Park City retreat! Comprised of two homes (Unit A & Unit B), this rental offers plenty of space for fun and privacy. The enviable location next to Shorty’s Stairs provides convenient walking access to Main Street. Hit the slopes at Park City Mountain or Deer Valley -- each a short trip away.
The outdoor hot tub allows you to enjoy a relaxing soak and views of Old Town and the mountains. Each home includes plush furnishings and a high-end kitchen.
UNIT A
The living area is furnished with a sectional and armchairs. Kick back and watch shows on the flat-screen TV.
The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen bar seats five to morning coffee. When you’re ready to eat, gather around the six-person dining table. The gas fireplace offers added allure.
The primary suite features a king bed, a TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and a deep bathtub. The second bedroom holds a king bed and a TV, while the third bedroom boasts two full-size beds and a TV; the Jack-and-Jill bath is equipped with a tub/shower combination. A third bath has a walk-in shower.
UNIT B
Light the wood-burning fireplace and unwind with shows on the smart TV.
A full suite of kitchen appliances includes a Viking six-burner gas range. Granite countertops offer ample preparation space and seating for three. The dining table seats seven.
The master bedroom boasts a king bed and a smart TV. The adjacent bath has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and a TV. The third bedroom features a king bed, a twin daybed with a twin trundle, and a queen sleeper sofa. A twin blow-up mattress is also available. The second bath has a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Each home includes a deck with a gas grill. The hot tub is located on the Unit B deck.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer in each home.
Reserved parking is available for two cars in the driveway (one space can only accommodate a smaller size vehicle). Street parking is permitted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Paid parking is available in the China Garage (located a short walk down Shorty’s Stairs).
Each home has a separate entrance; the units are not connected internally. Access to the Unit B entrance is via a flight of exterior stairs.
THE LOCATION
For access to the slopes, walk four minutes to the Town Lift pick-up, 10 minutes to the ski lift, or drive mere minutes to the Park City base.
Located next to the stairs leading to Main Street, you can walk to the heart of Old Town Park City in about 5 minutes.
Drive 2 minutes to the main base of Park City Mountain, or head just 1 mile to Deer Valley Resort.
Deer Valley Snowpark Lodge is a short drive or bus ride away.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: Upon arrival, you'll find parking for 2 cars (1 in the driveway next to Unit A and 1 in the driveway in front of the garage). Please note that the spot in front of the garage is only suitable for smaller cars. The garage is not available for parking.

Street parking may also available in front of Unit A on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please make sure to look at appropriate signage as to avoid any tickets.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
