LIVING AREAS

Relax and unwind beneath soaring ceilings in the light-filled Great Room. A posh sectional, window seating, and a comfy recliner offer plenty of space to kick back, while a 60” TV promises cinematic movie nights. A gas fireplace provides added ambience.

The loft offers a serene reading space with a sleeper sofa and an armchair. The family room features more plush furniture and a 48” TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Invite your inner chef out to play in the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Meal prep is a breeze thanks to ample granite countertops, a roomy fridge, and a gas range.

While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen island with seating for six. A contemporary dining table for up to 10 invites you to share home-cooked meals together.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

The four-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between four bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the loft.

The tranquil master suite is detailed with a king bed, reading nook, and 35' TV. Step outside to mountain vistas on your private master balcony. The en-suite features a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

A king bed awaits in the guest suite, along with a 35” TV and en-suite with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom holds a pair of comfy twin-size beds and a flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle (that can be converted to a king bed), a flat-screen, and direct access to the balcony with the hot tub.

The Round Valley Way Trailhead (0.5 miles) takes you on a picturesque hike, while downtown Park City’s restaurants and shops are also 0.5 away.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
