After a fun-filled day, enjoy mountain views and a dip in the hot tub on the deck. Inside, you’ll appreciate the luxe kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, and the spacious three-story layout.

** There are two separate rentals on the property. If traveling with a larger group, consider also renting the next-door home to accommodate up to 18 guests total. **

LIVING AREA

Light the wood-burning fireplace in the living area to fill the room with glowing warmth. Kick back on the plush furnishings and stream shows on the smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of appliances -- including a Viking six-burner gas range. The granite countertops offer ample preparation space and seating for three.

The table in the dining area seats seven to special meals.

BED & BATH

This three-story rental sleeps 10 guests in three bedrooms.

The master bedroom boasts a king bed and a smart TV. The adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and a TV.

The third bedroom features a king bed, a twin daybed with a twin trundle, and a queen sleeper sofa. A twin air mattress is also available in the lofted area.

The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Gather on the deck to soak in the hot tub with Park City Mountain as your backdrop. Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill.

Off-street parking is not offered for this unit. Paid parking is available at a nearby garage. Hourly parking rates may vary. Street parking is permitted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Paid parking is available in the China Garage (located a short walk down Shorty’s Stairs).

Access to this rental is via a flight of exterior stairs.

Please note that the hot tub and deck space are shared with the adjacent home on the property.

THE LOCATION

Located next to the stairs to Main Street, you can walk to the heart of Old Town Park City in about 5 minutes. On Main Street, you’ll find unique galleries, delicious restaurants, seasonal festivals, and Town Lift.

Drive 2 minutes to the main base of Park City Mountain, or head 1 mile to Deer Valley Resort. Find even more terrain at Woodward Park City, just 11 miles away.

Walk 10 minutes to the Town Lift that takes you to Park City, or walk 4 minutes to the city bus stop and shuttle over to Deer Valley or Park City.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Parking notes: If parking on Ontario Ave.: Locate Shorty's Stairs and walk down them until you see a yellow house with a red gate on the right hand side. If parking in the China Bridge Garage: Locate Shorty's Stairs on Marsac Avenue (connects at top of stairs to Ontario Ave.). Climb the stairs until you reach a fork about midway up and see a yellow house.
