Situated on 3.34 acres, the home surveys ponds, grassy ranch land, and the lofty span of the Tetons and the Snake River Range. A continuous wall of glass frames seasonal views of the Teton Range and Jackson Hole through aspen and evergreen trees, giving Overlook its name and distinctive sense of place.
Spanning 4,128 Square Feet, this 4 Bedrooms retreat accommodates up to 8 Guests with 5 Beds and 3 Full Baths plus 1 Half Bath. The bed configuration includes 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Twin/Full Bunk, and 1 Twin Trundle, offering Sleep Positions in Beds 9.
The main level features a bright great room that incorporates the living area, dining room with seating for 8, and a glass-walled kitchen into one open gathering space. A wood-burning, fieldstone fireplace anchors the living area, while exposed beams and painted wood walls add warmth and character. The primary bedroom is also on the main level and includes a King Bed, wood fireplace, deck access, and an en suite bath with 2 Sinks, Shower, Tub, Toilet, and a private sauna that opens to the deck.
The lower level offers a welcoming media room with television and patio access, along with three guest bedrooms. Guest Bedroom 1 features a Queen Bed, patio access, and a private bath with Sink, Shower/Tub Combo, and Toilet. Guest Bedroom 2 offers a Queen Bed and patio access. Guest Bedroom 3 includes a Twin/Full Bunk with Twin Trundle and patio access. An additional Full Bathroom with Sink, Shower/Tub Combo, and Toilet serves the lower level.
Outdoor living is enhanced by expansive decks, a gas grill, and a very private setting where moose, elk, and deer are often seen grazing among the aspens.
