A Lovely Great Room
The main living area of this home houses the living room and the kitchen, and both rooms offer several windows that overlook leafy Pacific Street. A gas fireplace centers the living room, and it's surrounded by two comfortable leather sofas and a leather rocker/recliner. This room also boasts a flat screen television with a DVD player. Just off of the living room is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that features high-end stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and Cuisinart drip coffee maker and plenty of granite countertops for easy meal preparation. Guests may enjoy a meal at the breakfast bar with three bar stools or at the lovely dining table that seats six.
Three Excellent Guest Suites
The spacious primary suite is located on the upper level of this residence, and it offers privacy and several windows that let in the sunlight. It also boasts a vaulted ceiling, an ultra-comfortable king size bed, lovely furnishings, a flat screen television with a DVD player and a charming balcony that provides views of Ajax Peak. The primary bath offers dual vanity sinks, a steam shower and a large jetted tub. The remaining two guest rooms are located on the home's lower level, and both offer comfortable furnishings. One comes with a queen size bed, flat screen TV and an en suite bath with glass shower. The other guest room is a bunk room with flat screen TV and DVD player that would be perfect for any children or teens in the group; it offers a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. There's a full bath right down the hall from the bunk room with a glass shower. A washer and a dryer are also conveniently located on the lower level of the home.
