On this main level, you will find a large living room with a leather queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. Next to the living room is a full kitchen with updated appliances, granite countertops and a dining area with seating for eight guests. A half bath is located next to the kitchen as well. There is a small porch off of the front door that has seating and a gas grill.

Going upstairs you will find the master bedroom suite with a queen bed and large windows facing south and a walk-in closet. There is an ensuite bathroom in the master with double sinks, steam shower and a jetted tub.
