Located on the quieter, eastern edge of Telluride proper- and directly across the street from Telluride Town Park- this four-bedroom luxury home has three spacious levels, a hot tub, and a separate studio apartment for a total of five sleeping spaces. There's space for 12 here- including two living areas- with plenty of opportunities for everyone to find some private time. About a half-mile from the gondola and within easy walking distance of historic downtown businesses and restaurants, this stylish home seamlessly blends elegant sophistication with complete comfort.

Graceful and Spacious Design

You enter the property from the back, where there's dedicated parking and a garage with plenty of storage for skis, bicycles, and all other outdoor gear. Upon entering, a large mudroom also has tons of built-in storage. In the kitchen, a long, quartz-topped island has a waterfall edge and seating for five. Sleek, wood cabinets are topped with gray quartz and provide plenty of workspace for preparing meals and après-ski snacks for your crew. Premier appliances include a french-door refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, and dishwasher- as well as a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker.

A formal dining table with seating for eight opens up into the main living area. Large, bright windows look out onto a cozy seating area with Adirondack chairs and stone benches in the front yard, the Telluride Town Park across the street, and the stunning mountain views beyond. A leather sectional sofa faces the large HDTV and cozy slate-tiled fireplace. Pour a glass of wine and kick back here in the evenings in front of the fire.

Private, Personal Bedroom Suites

Make your way downstairs to the lower level. The stairwells - as well as most of the ceilings throughout the home - are finished with gorgeous, gleaming wood paneling that adds a sleek yet rustic vibe. On this lower level, there's a comfy media room with a sprawling sectional sofa facing a 72-inch HDTV, This den space is flanked by two private bedrooms- each with ensuite baths. The first bedroom sleeps four with two twin-over-twin beds. The second bedroom sleeps two with a sumptuous king-size bed. This lower level also includes a laundry room with a side-by-side washer and dryer and a sink.

Next, we head up two flights of stairs to the top level of the home. Here, you'll find the third bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. Down the hallway is the fourth bedroom- the primary suite. A luxurious king-size bed sits against a classic, tufted headboard. Airy vaulted ceilings and tons of built-in storage and closet space make for a luxe, secluded retreat away from it all. The attached primary bathroom has lots of natural light, a freestanding soaking tub, double marble vanity, and a massive, glass-enclosed shower with multiple shower heads.

A Flexible Efficiency Above the Garage

This home also includes an efficiency apartment above the garage. This space is ideal for older kids and teens, or anyone in your crew that just wants a bit more privacy.
