The exceptional Peaks Grande Chalet combines Sunshine Peak and Storm Peak Chalets and offers a location close to the Steamboat mountain village, the comforts and privacy of a home and amenities.

The great rooms allow you to relax by the gas fireplace and enjoy the views of the Steamboat ski mountain. The spacious and open floor plan that connects the living spaces including the kitchen and dining area means you can gather in comfort with your family or friends.

All floors are served by an elevator.

Entertaining is a cinch with fully equipped kitchens that boast custom cabinetry, granite countertops, a large island, and Wolf gas range.

The dining room table seats ten in Sunshine Peak and eight in Storm Peak with room for four at the bar.

Peaks Grande Chalet offers eight bedrooms with bedding options to sleep up to 23 guests. The master bedrooms have a King bed and a large ensuite private bathroom.

The guest masters, also with private bath, offer a Queen bed and a split-king bed respectively .

Each home offers a bunk rooms with multiple beds.

The 4th bedroom offers the option of a king or two twin beds and two double beds respectively.

The media room in each home has a queen sleeper sofa.

All bedrooms include flat screen TV's. Smart TVs are in the great room, media room, and two guest suites with Wifi access for streaming video from the day on the slopes, surfing the web, streaming a Netflix movie, or playing online apps.

Sunshine Peak also offers an optional roll-away twin bed and a pack 'n play

The hot tubs on the outdoor decks are the ideal place to soak away your day on the ski trails. Enjoy a Netflix movie, a 3D Blu-Ray movie, or play games on the Wii in the media room. The in-home Sonos audio system in Sunshine Peak provides an unlimited streaming music library all controlled through an I-phone or I-pad throughout.

Complimentary private winter shuttle is included for convenient and speedy access to the ski trails and downtown.
