Pendry Park City is an accessible resort. Resort View King Accessible Rooms are ADA compliant and are specially equipped with accessible features that include a visual fire alarm - flashing light for incoming phone calls and visual notification for the doorbell or knocker. Accessible mobility features include doors that open to 32 inches clear - routes to all parts of the room are at minimum 36 inches wide and a 36-inch minimum path with access to both sides of the bed.

Bathroom features include an accessible toilet - vanity - shower wand and controls - turning space in bathroom and a transfer shower with shower seat. Bathrooms also have handrails in the shower and by the toilet. Towel racks and robe hooks are 48 inches from the floor. Added accessible features include thermostats - light switches and controls and closet rods - all at 48 inches above the floor. Controls and hardware do not require tight grasping or twisting - plus the iron and ironing board and personal safe are mounted within reach range. Additional accessible features are available.
