The unit features wood flooring, private washer and dryer, garage, a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for 4 and a flat cooktop stove. The dining area has air conditioning and a dining table able to seat six people comfortably, perfect to gather around after a long day of adventures in Steamboat. In the living area guests enjoy a 37inch flat screen TV with a DVD player, two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace and a private balcony to take in the fresh mountain air.
The main level of the unit has two of the four bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, 20" TV, attached bathroom and a private entrance. The second bedroom has two twin beds, an 11" flat screen TV with DVD player and its own private bathroom. The second floor houses the main bedroom and is equipped with a king bed, an attached bathroom, air conditioning, and flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom has twin over full bunk bed and its own private bathroom for guests to use. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area for extra sleeping space.
