Pinnacle condominiums are located one mile from Snow Park Lodge and two blocks from the free Park City Transit route. Typically, these multi-level townhome-style condominiums feature a fully appointed kitchen, private outdoor hot tub on the deck, jetted tubs, washer and dryer, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, private garage and complimentary wireless Internet. Pinnacle 1470 the bedroom, on the second level, has two twin-over-full bunk beds and a sofa sleeper. There are two bathrooms on the second floor, both of which have a walk-in shower and single sink.

The second bedroom, on the fourth level, has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a combination shower and tub and a single sink. The third bedroom, on the fifth level, has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a single sink. The fourth bedroom, on the fifth level, has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, tub and a double sink.

This residence also has a full kitchen, pool table, washer/dryer, patio, fireplace, sofa sleeper, private hot tub, single car garage, DVD player and grill.
