This two-story, well-equipped condo is the perfect alpine haven! Conveniently located less than a 300 ft walk from the free Town of Vail bus stop, multiple hiking trails, and an on-site market, this family-friendly retreat is the ideal location any time of the year. Wall-to-wall windows showcase amazing views of Aspen, pine groves, and cliff bands, allowing you to relax from the comfort of the sectional sofa, which is also conveniently located right in front of the wood-burning fireplace. There is a balcony with a gas grill and a couple of chairs– the perfect spot for your morning coffee, or for cocktails in the afternoon. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee pot, and an eat-in breakfast bar that seats two! Family meals can take place at the gorgeous six-person dining table.

There are two bedrooms located on the main level. Upstairs, the bedroom features a full over full bunk bed (with a staircase, not a ladder) plus an additional extra-long twin bed for tall guests. There is a stackable washer and dryer on site, for added convenience, and a large grassy area right outside that allows children to run and play (or sled) without fear of traffic or cars. The complex offers guests access to shared amenities, including a hot tub that is open all year round, an outdoor pool and deck area for lounging, open during the summer months, and a bodega-grocery market, with impressive stock.

You'll enjoy a prime location only three and a half miles from Vail Village and easy access to Vail Valley’s world-famous skiing, dining, shopping, and events. Parking Notes: Pitkin parking, specific spot for I9. There is a "pass" in the unit to put in the windshield. Guests will be towed if they park in the wrong spot. We have one designated parking spot located behind the unit. How to get there: Go up the driveway and make a left at the dogleg. The unit’s spot is the second to last spot on the right by the retaining wall. It is marked 9i.
