As you enter the light filled entry, you are greeted by an open dining and living space with jaw dropping views of the San Sophia Mountain Range. This level offers a powder room, cozy living area complete with leather sofas and pops of bright color to relax in front of the see through gas fireplace separating the dining table that can seat eight and an open kitchen with a spacious bar counter that can seat three. The newly designed kitchen is perfect for meals-in with a Viking range featuring a stove top and a grill with griddle, double sinks and plenty of beautiful counter space.
