Overview

Ranch 506 is a two-level, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condominium with panoramic mountain views. The condominium features a kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinetry, and a flat cook top stove. The adjoining dining space can seat up to 8 at the table and another 2 at the kitchen counter.

The living area has a 52" flat screen TV with a DVD player, comfortable recliner chairs, as well as a wood-burning fireplace that has been refinished with local distressed beetle kill wood. Off the living room is the private deck complete with electric BBQ. For added convenience, there is a garage.

Also on the main level are the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and a washer and dryer. Upstairs, you'll find a study nook in the small loft space, as well as the master bedroom with a log pole king bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a split king (can be set up as two twins by request) and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only.
