Nestled on Telluride's desirable Depot Avenue, overlooking the San Miguel River and the River Trail in downtown, River Bliss is a truly opulent 4,500 sq ft vacation rental offering 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, and accommodations for 12 guests. Just a short stroll from the gondola and Main Street, this ultra-luxe retreat combines exceptional convenience with total privacy, surrounded by mature aspen, spruce, and cottonwood trees and the soothing sounds of the flowing river.
The great room upstairs welcomes guests with refined mountain elegance, featuring a plush living area with leather sofa, bench seat, two armchairs, and a dual-sided fireplace shared with the dining room. The dining table seats up to eight guests and is complemented by a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar for three, and a wet bar. Heated patios extend the living space outdoors, one with al fresco dining for six and another with two bistro tables and a gas grill. This level also includes a queen guest bedroom with en suite bath and a full laundry room.
Occupying the entire top floor, the Primary Suite offers vaulted ceilings, a king-size bed, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a private patio with hot tub for six and lounge seating, all with breathtaking views of Ajax Peak. The en suite bathroom features dual vanities, a jetted tub with chromotherapy, and a separate steam shower.
The entry level includes a full office with gas fireplace, powder room, and a Secondary Suite with king-size bed, flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and en suite bath with dual vanities, chromotherapy jetted tub, and steam shower. The lowest level is designed for relaxation and entertainment, complete with a media room featuring an oversized sectional, gas fireplace, projector screen, and wet bar with microwave and wine cooler. A queen bedroom and shared bath with shower are located nearby. A lock-off area offers a full kitchen with breakfast bar for three, breakfast nook seating up to six, two additional guest bedrooms (one with a captain's bunk featuring a twin over full, and one with a queen bed), a shared bath with tub/shower combination, and a second laundry room.
