This wonderful Sun Bird townhome is perfect for a sweet escape to the mountains of Sun Valley. On a beautiful summer evening, the balcony is the ideal place to relax and sip on your favorite beverage after a day of hiking. In the winter, after a day on the mountain, you can come back and take advantage of the to whip a nice home-cooked meal. Afterward, you can curl up, watch a movie, and soak in the warmth of the gas fireplace with the family dog at your feet. No one will want to leave this paradise.

With a stay at this centrally located home, guests will be close to fishing, skiing, hiking, and more! Steps away, the local bike path offers trails leading all over the valley. For the skier and snowboarders of the group, River Run Ski Lifts are a walk away. Downtown Ketchum, just under one mile away, has an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment for all to enjoy. Plus, if you have the itch to practice your drive, head over to Bigwood Golf Course and play a round while soaking up the sun.
THINGS TO KNOW
No fitness access
*The Twin Bunk Room is located off the garage and there is no bathroom on that level. In addition it has an exterior door that exits out of the property and therefore is not suitable for young children. All other bedrooms are on different levels of the home.
4 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: Park in the 2 car garage. If you are unable to fit your vehicles in the garage, then you must abide by the HOA Rules as they are extremely strict. You must park in one of the open parking spaces in the community or on the road. Please note it is against HOA rules to park in front of a garage door. In addition, the parking spot to unit #5 at the end of the community is NOT a parking spot as it is intended for Snow Removal Vehicles ONLY. It is also against City of Ketchum law to leave your vehicle idling. Please know permanent residents live in the community and will report violations.
Please turn the heat down to low when the garage is not in use. Remotes are found on a shelf in the laundry room. Please be sure they are returned to the shelf before departure. Please note there is a $150 fee if the garage door openers are not left in the property upon departure.
Vehicles may be parked in designated parking areas. Observe the no parking signs and reserved/disabled parking spaces. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Ave. in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park at their own risk.
