Expansive living areas are designed for memorable gatherings and family moments, all framed by awe-inspiring views of Independence Pass. The stunning great room boasts soaring ceilings and a dramatic glass wall that slides open to seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living, while the adjacent dining room provides an elegant setting for special occasions.
A capacious chef’s kitchen invites everyone to gather, complete with a cozy sitting area, fireplace, and dining space, all oriented toward perfectly framed mountain views. Outdoor living is equally impressive, with a pool, fire pits, two hot tubs, and a reflective pond ideal for taking in Aspen’s ever-changing light and sunsets.
Additional spaces include a spacious office with a private bathroom, a comfortable den, a media room, a fitness area, a game room, and a dedicated commercial kitchen. With 24-hour concierge services included, every detail of your stay is thoughtfully supported, allowing you to fully enjoy the finest of Aspen living.

What To Expect
Reservation will be confirmed once the required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
Half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
Stays greater than thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by an InvitedHome team member, availability depending.
Cancellation Policy
The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.
