As you make your way down the quiet, tree-lined road, the hustle and bust of town will fade away, and you will know your vacation is about to begin. When you first arrive, take a stroll around the grounds to feel the home's serenity, tranquility, and architectural prestige. During the summer, multiple outdoor gathering spaces entice you to savor the fresh air while you cook a meal on the grill, dine al fresco, relax in the hot tub or gather around to toast marshmallows over a natural wood fire pit. And whether you're sledding in the snow or tossing horseshoes in the sunshine, be sure to stay alert so you don't miss the mountain wildlife frequently spotted sauntering by.
Eventually, you'll go inside this vibrantly cool, 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath modern masterpiece only to discover the lines have been blurred by inviting the outdoors right inside. Soaring 25-ft glass walls and strategically placed windows in every room reveal Colorado's beauty at every turn. You won't be the first to find yourself mesmerized by the endless panoramic views of Baldy Mountain, the Town of Breckenridge, White River National Forest, and the ski slopes of Peaks 6, 7, and 8.
Once you've caught your breath, it's time to take a full tour of this award-winning home. Whether traveling with family, close friends, or learning more about your colleagues during an excursion that's all (or mostly, at least) about business, you'll find everything at Seventh Heaven was designed to help you create amazing vacation memories. Head to the game room to cue up a game of pool or kick off a foosball tournament. In the expansive living and dining room, set up a few board games at the table for 12. You'll find plenty of space for everyone to gather, help prepare and cook, or hang out at the counter seating in the kitchen.
Eventually, you'll make your way to the 8-seat, soundproof theater for a classic movie or Netflix binge. But if we're being honest, with so many cozy spaces to hang out, we're betting no one will notice should you slip off to your comfy bed for a quick nap.

WHAT TO EXPECT
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- A credit card preauthorization of $1,200.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit
