Overview

This custom built, five-bedroom luxury home, remodeled in 2022, sits on a 4-acre lot in Two Creeks and offers fantastic ski access to Snowmass Mountain. With a creek running through the property, a private water feature, and an abundance of natural forested designated wetlands, there is no mistaking you are in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains.

Designed by architect Tim Hagman, the reclaimed fir beams and chestnut floors create a warm mountain feel. Venetian plaster runs throughout most of the home creating the perfect balance of mountain and contemporary decors. A gourmet kitchen, 6 ½ baths, media room, home gym, and 6 fireplaces all combine to make this home perfect for large groups.

The home sits on one of the largest lots in the Two Creeks subdivision, and offers sunny southern exposure and unobstructed mountain and down-valley views. The Polo Ralph Lauren lounge seats 8 people, and the home has radiant heat and central A/C throughout. The master suite includes a king bed, jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, and 50” flat screen TV. The guest master suite also features a king bed, jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, and 40″ flat screen TV. Additional bedrooms include a king bedroom with private bath and 40″ TV, a queen bedroom with private bath and 40″ flat screen TV, and a room with two sets of twin bunk beds, private bath, and 40″ TV.

The media room is equipped with a gas fireplace and 70″ TV. The fantastic patio space (1800 Sq. Ft.) includes a gas firepit, private hot tub, built-in BBQ and smoker. The home gym features a Peloton bike. Additional amenities include a snowmelt driveway and terraces, a mudroom and ski storage, and a basketball hoop. The home spans over 6,000 Sq. Ft. and sleeps 12 people.
