You will enter this fantastic property from the garage stepping into the main level laundry room. From here, you will step into the gourmet kitchen and main living area with vaulted ceilings, living room, dining room, and private deck access.
Living Room: The living room has plush, over-sized sectional and sofa, gas-assist fireplace, billiard table, 65” Samsung Smart TV, and access to the private deck with outdoor fireplace, BBQ grill and breath-taking surrounding views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring high-end Wolff stainless steel appliances including a gas range, SubZero fridge, and gorgeous stone countertops. The center island is a great prep area and has seating for three. There is also an additional seating area between the kitchen and dining areas.
Dining Room: Seating for up to eight guests and bar cart area.

Bunkroom Bedroom 3 (lower level) – Two twin over twin bunkbeds, Smart TV, Playstation, futon couch and en suite bathroom with water closet, and oversized tiled shower.
Bedroom 4 (lower level) – Queen bed, Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with tiled shower.
