SkyRidge 1307 is a luxury mountain retreat with sweeping views of Deer Valley’s East Village and the Jordanelle Reservoir. This 5-bedroom, 6-bath home sleeps 9 and features a gourmet kitchen, soaring ceilings, a stone fireplace, and a lower-level game room.

Enjoy a private deck with a hot tub, BBQ grill, and outdoor fire pit—perfect for year-round mountain escapes. Additional conveniences include daily housekeeping, free WiFi, complimentary on-site parking in either private or common area garages, shuttle service to Jordanelle Gondola and Deer Valley East Village (winter only), ski storage, washer/dryer, coffee maker, air conditioning, and a non-smoking setting.

Bedroom 1 offers 2 queen beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3, 4, and 5 each offer a king bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Guests can enjoy priority access to a 3-hole mountain course, play a quick 9 on the short course, or practice at a full-length driving range with 15 hitting bays and Toptracer technology. The nearby equestrian center features a 20,000-square-foot outdoor arena and a heated 14,000-square-foot indoor arena.
