This 6397-square-foot home offers ski-in/out access on a green run at Telluride Ski Resort, along with generous spaces for gathering, relaxing, and taking in the mountain setting.
The main living area pairs oversized wood beams, white oak floors, birch cabinetry, and varied stonework with a warm, modern mountain aesthetic. Settle into plush seating beside the fireplace, enjoy the nearby wet bar, or keep the chef company from the breakfast bar with seating for 3. The well-equipped kitchen includes both a standard drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, while a window-lined side nook creates a peaceful place for coffee or conversation.
With 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom, Skyline Estate welcomes up to 12 guests. The main bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, balcony access, and an ensuite with soaking tub, shower, and dual vanity. Additional accommodations include a king bedroom with TV and patio access, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be configured as a split king, and a bunk room with 2 captain bunks featuring 2 full beds below and 2 twin beds above. Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom.
Downstairs, enjoy another inviting living space with a fireplace, mountain views, and a pool table. Step outside to multiple balconies and patios, where the private hot tub provides an ideal spot for stargazing after a day on the slopes. Additional amenities include air conditioning, an office desk/workspace, smart TVs, garage parking, and free WiFi.
Walk to the Market Gondola and Village Market, or use Dial-a-Ride for convenient transportation around Mountain Village. Ride the gondola into Historic Town of Telluride for dining, shopping, and local favorites. Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions, weather, and resort operations.
