The slope side Private Residences at One Steamboat Place are located at the Gondola and offer ski-in/ski-out ease.

The Sleeping Giant Residence features a large living area with a wonderful south-valley view. The spacious open floor plan connects the dining and living areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for a group to relax together. State of the art a/v equipment provides hi-definition entertainment after a full day of activity.

The professionally equipped kitchen offers Viking appliances and outdoor grilling is a cinch at the built-in Viking gas barbecue on the deck.

The adjoining dining area features a handcrafted dining table that beautifully complements the fine craftsmanship of the contemporary interior in this residence.

There are four bedrooms in this grand residence, each master bedroom offers a gas fireplace and the master bath features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. The in residence iMac home computer with high speed Wi-Fi allows Internet service for all guests. A printer is available at the front desk, and guests can also videoconference with the front desk from the home office.

A service fee will apply to all guests over the age of 10, paid directly to One Steamboat Place upon checkout. Fee subject to change.

Amenities such as the pool, fitness center, spa, and motion studio continue to be available with modified protocols in place to safely manage their use by appointment. For summer 2020 and winter 2020/2021 reservations, food and beverage service is not offered at this time. On-call local shuttle is still offered with limits on occupants in place.
