Accommodating up to 12 guests, this spacious home features four well-appointed bedrooms. The master suite includes a king bed, a TV, patio access, and a private bathroom with a spacious shower. The second master suite offers a king bed, a private bathroom with a large shower and double vanity, plus a TV. The third bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a TV, while the fourth bedroom, perfect for kids, has two twin bunk beds. For additional sleeping arrangements a sleeper sofa in the gathering room provide extra space.

Ski Access Instructions
The ski elevator and lounge area are conveniently located just across the street from the house, about 150 feet away. For your convenience, a private ski locker is available to store your gear after a day on the slopes. Please note that Park City Mountain Resorts aims to have ski access open between the December Holidays and Martin Luther King Day in January, but this is not guaranteed and may open later depending on conditions. Until then, please refrain from using the ski access trail.
Après Ski
Après ski will begin on Monday, December 16, with après hours running from 3:00 to 6:00 PM, seven days a week.
Other Things to Note
As this is a brand-new community, there may be ongoing construction with other nearby homes.
From December through March, or whenever snow is present, 4WD vehicles with snow tires or chains are highly recommended for safe travel to and from the property.
