INSIDE THE CONDO
Up to four guests can stay in this comfy Snowcrest condo. The bedroom has a queen bed, and the full-size sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates two additional guests. It’s the perfect set-up for a couple on a romantic getaway, a small family, or a group of four friends.
In the living area, you’ll find a cozy haven with a wood-burning fireplace, a plush sleeper sofa, leather chairs, and a balcony with mountain views. Watch a movie or stream Netflix shows on the 32” flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors let in the scenery, which is gorgeous year-round.
The well-equipped galley kitchen includes quality appliances such as a stove, fridge, and microwave, plus dishes, glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and more. With the condo’s open layout, it’s easy to jump up and stir during commercials.
When dinner is ready, four can sit at the breakfast bar.
The condo’s bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a spacious vanity.
And after a day on the mountain, nothing beats a dip in the swimming pool in summer. It’s rarely crowded…and always heavenly.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and outdoor parking are available for two vehicles in the open lot. Please note this home does not have A/C.
The seasonal, outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day through the end of the ski season (early April).

THE LOCATION
Seeking a great home base for your mountain adventures? This is it. We’re on the free shuttle line, which makes for easy transportation to all Park City attractions. But you don’t need to shuttle to ski, hike, or enjoy Park City Mountain Resort: it’s just 2 blocks away, or about a 5-minute walk.
The heart of Main Street Park City/downtown and its many dining options is just 1 mile away. Other restaurants are even closer. Try The Viking Yurt on Lowell Ave. for Scandanavian (5-minute walk) or the Pig Pen Saloon for traditional American pub fare (5-minute walk).
Sweet tooth? Head to Ritual Chocolate, also just a 5-minute walk away.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Parking notes:
Snowcrest is located just across the street from Park City Mountain Resort lower parking lot (you can't miss it. You will find '1530' displayed in large numbers on the side of the building. Unassigned parking is available for 1 vehicle in the surface parking lot. A parking pass (located in the unit on the kitchen counter) is required to park in the lot and must be displayed in your vehicle hanging from the rearview mirror at all times. Cars parked without a permit will be towed.
Pass is to be placed inside guest vehicle and returned after stay. Parking is STRICTLY enforced.
