Sollotude Station is a cozy 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom moderate home that’s a perfect year-round retreat for families and groups of up to 8 – and you can bring the pup, too! The main living area is set up for everyone to relax over a nice cup of cocoa (or glass of wine) after a long day on the slopes. The gas fireplace and comfortable furniture are perfect for soaking up the Rocky Mountain vibe! The second living area is downstairs; it’s a great place for the kids to watch their favorite show on the large flat-screen TV.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare masterful meals to feed the entire gang. The dining room is just off the kitchen with a table large enough to seat eight. There’s a nice porch just off the dining area where you might be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of one of the local fox that frequent the backyard.
You’ll love the 2-car garage and in-home washer/dryer. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

King master suite: gorgeous room with king bed and private attached bathroom with shower. (sleeps 2)
MAIN LEVEL:
Queen suite: Queen bed with private bathroom with tub/shower. (sleeps 2)
LOWER LEVEL:
Bunk room: two twin-over-twin bunk beds. (sleeps 4)
Bathroom: full bathroom with tub/shower.

A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
Parking: 2-car garage with 1 outdoor space – 3 spaces total.
Pet Fee: $50 per night per pet.
No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
