Offering a true on-mountain location, this beautifully appointed 3BR/3BA Steamboat Springs penthouse boasts ski-in/ski-out access and wonderful views of the slopes from a private balcony.

Your residence has a prime top-floor setting at the exclusive Spa at Storm Meadows, which includes seasonal access to a host of amenities, including a full athletic club with a sauna, tennis courts, and a large (heated) outdoor pool and hot tub.

There are spacious private ski lockers available, and the ski access trail is a very short walk away — helping you to maximize your time on the mountain!

LIVING AREAS

After a fun-filled day of alpine adventures, gather in the expansive living area. There’s a cozy gas fireplace and plenty of comfy seating (including a queen-size sleeper sofa). In the evenings, make popcorn and watch a movie on the 47” flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Overlooking the living space, an open kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and a four-person breakfast bar.

Enjoy festive vacation meals at the adjacent dining table, offering seating for eight.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Located on the third floor, this penthouse sleeps up to 14 guests between the three bedrooms (each with a flat-screen TV) and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom comes with a king bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom outfitted with a generous double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.

The second bedroom is appointed with two full-over-full-size bunk beds. A third bedroom offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

A walk-in shower awaits in the guest bathroom.
