We are currently completing exterior improvements to the property, including roof and window replacements. Construction will be taking place throughout, and guests may experience intermittent noise as well as some impacts to access in certain areas. We appreciate your understanding as we carry out these important upgrades now through the fall season.
St. James Place 121 is a fantastic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat in the heart of Beaver Creek that sleeps 6. The family room features floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and a queen sleeper sofa. A full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, along with a dining table for gathering after a day on the mountain.
The primary suite offers a king bed, while the secondary suite has 2 double beds. Each guest suite includes a beautifully appointed bathroom. Additional in-residence conveniences include a stacked washer/dryer, air conditioning, and ceiling fans.
Step onto the terrace to enjoy mountain or village views. Located steps from the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, Village dining, and shopping, this residence also provides access to complimentary shuttle service, a year-round indoor swimming pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna.
