Additional features include dual guest suites, each with an attached bathroom and soaker tub (primary has a king size bed, secondary has two double beds), two bedrooms (one has a king size bed, the second has a queen size bed), hardwood flooring, custom lighting, and a washer/dryer closet. This residence does not have air conditioning.
