We are currently completing exterior improvements to the property, including roof and window replacements. Construction will be taking place throughout, and guests may experience intermittent noise as well as some impacts to access in certain areas. We appreciate your understanding as we carry out these important upgrades now through the fall season.

St James Place 431 is a stunning two-level mountain retreat near the slopes of Beaver Creek, offering 4 bedrooms + loft, 4 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 8 guests. Designed for comfort and style, this spacious residence features inviting common areas, perfect for gathering after a day on the mountain.

The great room boasts cathedral ceilings, abundant natural light, a gas fireplace, and generous seating, seamlessly flowing into a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and a dining table for eight. Whether entertaining or relaxing, this open-concept layout provides the ideal alpine setting.

The main level includes a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as a queen guest bedroom with convenient access to a hallway bath. Upstairs, guests will find a second king suite with an ensuite bathroom and a queen bedroom with access to a shared hallway bath. A lofted secondary living space offers a TV and a convertible king sleeper sofa, providing flexible accommodations for families or groups.

Step outside to enjoy mountain and forest views from the furnished deck. Additional in-residence amenities include a washer and dryer and dedicated parking. Guests are just steps from the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, with easy access to skiing, dining, shopping, and village activities.

St. James Place offers exceptional on-site amenities, including a year-round swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, on-site ski shop, and complimentary shuttle service. Located in the heart of Beaver Creek Village at 210 Offerson Road, you are within walking distance to the escalators to the chairlifts, the ice rink, restaurants, and shops.

Check-in is at 5:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. One parking spot per residence is included, with additional parking available in the Elk Lot for $13/day. This is a non-smoking property, pets are not permitted, and ADA features include audible and visual fire alarms, elevators, an automatic lobby door, and a pool lift at the indoor pool and hot tub.
