Welcoming multi-generational families and other discerning groups, this tranquil estate on 35 acres features a heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi for year-round soaks and swims, formal dining for 16, an entertainer’s living space with a grand piano and fireplace, a gleaming chef’s kitchen, a tennis court, a pond encircled by walking trails, and a list of amenities that leaves no luxury overlooked.

The Space

The architects at the renowned Aspen firm Rowland+Broughton served as the gem-cutters for Star Mesa Grand. The indoor-outdoor design allows for an effortless flow between nature’s splendor and climate-controlled comfort, while two-bedroom wings provide enhanced privacy. Throughout, elements of marble, glass, and metal converge in clean lines that showcase the mountain panoramas. Meanwhile, deluxe beds and plush furnishings provide ideal places for savoring the view.

Private Acreage: Situated on 35-pristine, secluded acres, Star Mesa Grand includes a private pond with a boat dock, a heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, tennis and basketball courts, and gorgeous grounds to explore on foot (or snowshoe).

Living Area: Both the family room and the main living area look directly out to the surrounding Elk Mountains and valley. Thanks to the immaculate floor-to-ceiling window design, one can also see straight through to the “Lenado room”—a second living area on the other side of the home—where a sweeping valley and the Lenado ghost town stretch out beyond.

Bedroom Layout: The main, upper level of the home features a private master suite and the family wing, which features four bedrooms connected by several large communal gathering spaces on one side. On the other side, you’ll find the second bedroom wing, with three additional bedrooms. In total, the property sleeps up to 14.
