Whether you enter via the garage/mud room or the purple front door, Sundown’s personality is immediately apparent. Wood walls give the public spaces a Scandinavian vibe, while colorful, minimalist décor and abundant natural light create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a maroon velvet sofa and a freestanding gas-burning fireplace. Upstairs, the open kitchen/dining/living area includes a five-burner gas range, oversize island, and a built-in dining table with bench seating. Doors lead to two decks, one with stairs down to the yard.
The primary suite includes a king-size bed and a stunning freestanding copper bathtub, along with a walk-in tile shower and double vanity. The two guest bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom offers a twin/twin bunk, an elevated twin bed, and a loft with 1 twin. The second guest bedroom features 2 twin beds, convertible to a king size bed, plus a loft with 1 twin accessed by a built-in ladder.
On the lower level, the media room includes a large television and comfortable seating, along with two twin-size daybeds. A laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer adds convenience. Additional amenities include WiFi, Full Kitchen, Washer, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board, Gas Grill, Deck, and Pets Considered. Please note there is No Central Air.
Located in the Indian Trails Residential Neighborhood, Sundown is fairly private and close to walking/cycling pathways, grocery stores, local schools, and National Parks. Downtown Jackson is about three miles away. Bike pathways connect the neighborhood to downtown Jackson (about a 10–15 minute ride), Teton Village (a 40-minute bike ride), Wilson (a 25-minute ride), and Grand Teton National Park (an all-day adventure). A year-round creek and nearby hiking, including High School Butte, make this an ideal base for your Jackson stay.
