Overview

Just minutes away from the Mountain Village Core and beautiful downtown Telluride, Sunshine At The Terraces is an enchanting spot to call home during your next getaway to the Rockies.

A Living Area Overlooking the Slopes

The main living area is spacious and bright, with rustic wood floors and lots of sunny windows overlooking the ski area. A leather sofa, two leather club chairs, and plenty of footrests invite you to kick back and relax, while the stone fireplace adds warmth to those chilly mountain evenings. A convenient full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower is right around the corner.

A Surprisingly Spacious Kitchen

Close to the living space is a lovely dining area, with a farmhouse-style table and seating for four. For larger groups, there's also seating for two more at the tiered bar that leads into the open kitchen. Gleaming dark granite countertops and caramel-colored natural wood cabinets frame the modern appliances. There's a high-end gas range, a microwave, a spacious stainless steel refrigerator, and a dishwasher- as well as lots of little extras, too.

Two Quiet Bedrooms

Next to the kitchen is the first guest bedroom, which is a bunk room with a full-over-full-size bunk that will delight kids of all ages. The primary bedroom is down a short hallway and includes a deluxe king-size bed, plenty of storage space, and a beautiful mountain view through the large windows. The private, ensuite bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and a double vanity.

An Enviable Outdoor View

Outside on the private terrace, there's a gas barbecue for grilling out and some comfy outdoor furniture that's perfect for lounging and watching the skiers go by. Pour yourself a mug of coffee in the mornings, or a glass of red wine in the evenings, and enjoy this fantastic and highly entertaining view from your private perch.

Sunshine At The Terraces is located a few short miles from the Telluride city center, so you're never more than a few minutes drive to a delicious dinner out or a leisurely afternoon of shopping. And of course, you're only a few short steps away from world-class skiing in the winter and gorgeous Rocky Mountain hiking and biking in the warmer months.
