You can enter the home through the front door or via the garage and into the entry and mud room. From there, you will go up a flight of stairs to the main level great room, holding the living room, kitchen and dining area — with radiant heat and gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout.
Living Room: This living room features leather furniture, a Smart TV with Sonos soundbar, a gas assisted fireplace. There is also a wall mount A/C unit operated by a thermostat for the warmer months.
Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen features Viking and LG appliances, granite counter tops, and a kitchen bar with seating for three.
Dining Area: Seating for up to seven guests.

Bedroom 2/bunk room (upper level) – Two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, Smart TV. There is a wall mount, thermostat controlled A/C unit to keep you cool during the warmer days.
Access to full shared bathroom on this level with double sinks, soaking tub, separate shower and Smart TV.
Outdoor Space: A few stairs from the main level will lead you to the French door access to the back patio featuring a seating area, BBQ grill and a private hot tub.
