This five-bedroom home is full of spunk and sophistication with an open floor plan between the kitchen with a handy large granite top island to the sleek glass dining table to the happening living room with a special urban fireplace. Plus, there is a large deck to the side of the kitchen and a smaller one in the front of the house, and a larger lower patio holding the hot tub - all to take in the town vibe.
With multiple levels, the bedrooms are scattered throughout. There are three king-sized bedrooms and a bunk room downstairs next to the lower lounge, and the short straw can tuck into the sleeper sofa room. The creme de creme of swanky living is hidden downstairs in the media room with an impressive wet bar for fun nights at home.
Venture out to explore all of the shops and restaurants sprinkled throughout that make downtown so desirable. Pop into There… for an unexpected cocktail, then head over to Siam for inspired Thai cuisine. Before heading back home to spend time in the hot tub or sipping a drink in the lounge, grab something sweet from Yum Yum Dessert Co.

The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
This home could allow dogs with final approval. All pets need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. Pet cleaning is $150 plus $50 / day per dog and will be added to the reservation after approval.
This home is for sale, and showings may occur during reservations. A 24 hour notice will be given, if possible.
During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for your 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
What To Expect
Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
The Particulars
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message, availability depending.
Cancellation Policy
The initial payment of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days from the date of arrival.
A 50% refund will be issued for all reservations that need to be canceled 60 days prior to arrival.
Rules To Stay By
Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
A credit card preauthorization of $500.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
Animals may be allowed with prior approval and accompanying non-refundable fee. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. Additional pet fee will apply after booking.
Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
