Overview

Teewinot B4 is a beautifully updated second floor condominium located in Teton Village, offering approximately 1,210 square feet of comfortable living space and sleeping up to 8 guests. This modern condo features an open concept living and dining area filled with natural light and complemented by new engineered hardwood floors throughout. A cozy wood burning stove connects the inviting living room to the dining area, where a large table seats eight. The fully equipped kitchen includes tile floors, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and a large pantry, making it easy to prepare meals at home.

The first bedroom offers a full over queen bunk bed, built-in storage, and a peloton bike that guests are welcome to use. Guests must bring their own clip in bicycle shoes and log into their own account to access the Peloton. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located across the hall. The main suite features a king bed, large walk-in closet, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and an en-suite bath with a large tiled shower. Additional bedding includes a queen sofa bed.

Step outside to enjoy the private balcony, or take advantage of the many amenities including a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space. The unit includes parking for 1 vehicle with an assigned outdoor parking space (fees may apply for additional parking). Firewood is not provided for the woodstove.

Guests enjoy complimentary access to the nearby Sundance Swim and Tennis Club (Closed Spring/Fall) and a complimentary skier's shuttle (winter only). The property is located less than 3 miles from Grand Teton National Park and within walking distance of the lifts, boutiques, bars, and restaurants of Teton Village. From authentic Thai food to unique shops and high-tech gear, everything you crave on vacation is nearby. For stays of 10 nights or more, a weekly cleaning service is required and will be applied at an additional rate.

Gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of this unit are prohibited. Mountain weather is variable and unpredictable. Resort conditions and ski access may be weather and snow dependent.
