Overview
Perfectly situated in the quiet, private Terraces complex, this one level condo offers a beautiful stay with exceptional ski-in/ski-out access directly onto the popular Meadows ski run. As one of the few vacation residences that are situated on a single level, this condo is popular among those with small children. As an added bonus, this delightful condo is located just a few minutes from the Mountain Village core, which is home to the area's best shopping and dining options as well as several fun activities for the entire family.
A Lovely Living Area
A gas fireplace warms the living room and those who are seated on the surrounding sectional sofa and comfy chairs. This room also includes a flat screen television and Blu-ray player.
Next to the living room is a fully equipped galley style kitchen with a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker. It offers everything necessary to prepare excellent meals, an abundance of granite countertops and a sliding glass door that provides access to a private deck that includes comfortable outdoor furnishings, a gas grill and a lovely view. Meals may be served at the dining table that seats six, and there is counter seating for two.
Two Comfortable Guest Suites
The primary suite offers an ultra-comfortable king size bed, lovely furnishings, a flat screen television and Blu-ray player and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The other guest room is excellent for the children or teens in the group, and it includes a captain's bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top as well as a flat screen television. A full bath is available right down the hall, and it includes a glass shower.
The Perfect Getaway During Every Season
Terraces 101 is accessible all year long, and during the winter months guests may catch a ride on the convenient Chondola, which is located directly in front of the condo. When the ski season is over, guests may still obtain a free ride into town or to the Gondola with a simple phone call.
