Please be advised the pool and hot tubs at the Highlands Lodge will be out of service for a renovation during the summer and fall of 2026. Certain outdoor hot tubs at the Meadows Townhomes are open and available for guest use. Additional exterior deck and patio work is also ongoing this fall. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse sits in the heart of Beaver Creek. It spreads over four well-planned levels and offers plenty of room for a family or a group of friends.

The main living area is a bright great room with floor-to-ceiling windows, high vaulted ceilings and mountain views. A granite-hearth wood-burning fireplace anchors the space. Abstract art and rustic mountain décor give it a relaxed, modern-alpine feel.

The open-plan kitchen is well equipped for cooking a family meal or hosting friends. The primary bedroom is on the main level and has generous space to unwind. Sleeping arrangements are two king beds, a queen/twin bunk with an extra twin, and a pull-out sofa.

Outside, the deck looks over the ski mountain and tennis courts. Ski gear can be stored just off the garage. A community hot tub next to the front door is ready after a day on the slopes. The Highlands chairlift is about 100 yards away.

The Beaver Creek Resort and Beaver Creek Plaza are a short walk from the door. Haymeadow Park is also close by if you’d like a quieter outdoor break.
