This stunning, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom modern, mountain home offers breathtaking views of the ten mile Rocky Mountain range and is nestled in the Swan Valley location of Breckenridge on 2 acres.

Walk into the main entrance from the beautiful custom front door, or from the 3-car heated garage that gives guests plenty of parking space, to see a large open floor plan with dramatic vaulted ceilings, gorgeous windows with mountain views, high-end hardwood flooring, top-of-the-line custom finishes, a cozy custom-built fireplace, metal and stonework, and mountain modern decor. The huge living room located on the main floor has a custom-framed flat screen high-def TV along with a Super Nintendo, HBO and Showtime, big beautiful windows that offer amazing views of the iconic Breckenridge mountains, ample seating including leather couches, and a gorgeous custom stone fireplace. Walk into the open, entertaining kitchen from the living area that is equipped with a double oven, and large stove with hood, countertop seating for 4, and a large refrigerator hidden by the custom wood design that comprises the kitchen - the perfect space for a holiday stay with family and friends.
