Welcome to Alta The Pinnacle at Powder Ridge, a contemporary architectural gem offering breathtaking mountain views in one of Alta’s most coveted locations. This 4444 square foot retreat features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the surrounding alpine landscape, filling the open-concept living space with natural light. Relax on oversized sofas by the fireplace, gather in the dining area, or step out onto the private patio to enjoy the fresh mountain air and firepit. The state-of-the-art kitchen seamlessly connects to the main living area, creating an inviting space for entertaining.
Down a glass hallway, you’ll find a private media room with surround sound and a flatscreen TV. One level below, just past the two person steam room, the main bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with warm wood accents, expansive windows, and a freestanding soaking tub. The main bedroom is privately situated on its own side of the floor and features a king bed and ensuite bathroom.
The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and expansive mountain views, while the bunk room is thoughtfully designed with two bunk beds and large sliding glass doors. A pullout sofa in the common area provides additional sleeping space for 2 guests.
Another level down, the entertainment lounge features massive bookshelves, a theater area with a cozy sofa and large roll-down screen, an adjacent wet bar, and an air hockey table. A dedicated desk/workspace offers a quiet place to work when needed.
With ski-in access and walk-to-lift convenience at Alta Ski Resort, plus a complimentary ski shuttle to Snowbird Resort and Alta with pick up right outside the front door, this home is ideal for serious skiers and mountain lovers alike. Additional amenities include air conditioning, ski storage, garage parking for 1 vehicle, mountain views, multiple entertainment spaces, and a private sauna.
Please note: The maximum occupancy is 10 people. Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No children under the age of 10. Smoking, parties, events, and pets are not permitted. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit.
