Tucked just off Deer Valley Drive, in a perfect location between Deer Valley and Main Street, sits this newly remodeled 2 bedrooms 2.5 bathroom home, the Sugar Shack. The home comfortably accommodates 6 guests and provides ample living space for a family or group of friends.

As you enter the Sugar Shack you are greeted with the open living, dining, and kitchen area. This open layout provides a generous amount of space to retreat to and entertain your entire group. The living space allows for you to cuddle up on the couch after a long day and enjoy the fireplace and a movie. Flowing from the living space into the kitchen you will find wooden cabinets and granite countertops. The fully stocked kitchen features all the appliances and supplies you need to get the most from your stay. There is seating for two at the breakfast bar, as well as six around the dining room table. Additionally, located on the main floor is a sliding glass door that leads to the deck where you can access a grill. Also located on the main floor is a half bathroom and a laundry room.
