Welcome to The Sugar Shack!
Tucked just off Deer Valley Drive, in a perfect location between Deer Valley and Main Street, sits this newly remodeled 2 bedrooms 2.5 bathroom home, the Sugar Shack. The home comfortably accommodates 6 guests and provides ample living space for a family or group of friends.
As you enter the Sugar Shack you are greeted with the open living, dining, and kitchen area. This open layout provides a generous amount of space to retreat to and entertain your entire group. The living space allows for you to cuddle up on the couch after a long day and enjoy the fireplace and a movie. Flowing from the living space into the kitchen you will find wooden cabinets and granite countertops. The fully stocked kitchen features all the appliances and supplies you need to get the most from your stay. There is seating for two at the breakfast bar, as well as six around the dining room table. Additionally, located on the main floor is a sliding glass door that leads to the deck where you can access a grill. Also located on the main floor is a half bathroom and a laundry room.
As you make your way upstairs you will find a beautiful master bedroom with a king bed and a set of doors leading out onto a private Juliet balcony. The brand new master en suite features custom modern mountain finishes including a beautiful tiled stand-up shower with double shower heads and a custom vanity sink. The second bedroom is situated with a queen bed and one bunk bed with twin beds, accommodating four guests. This room is also equipped with a brand new en suite bathroom and closet space. No detail was spared while remodeling the en suite, featuring custom barn wood doors, a gorgeous tiled bathtub, and a custom framed mirror.
The Sugar Shack, located in the Settler’s Ridge Complex, includes free WiFi and has facilities which feature a shared hot tub. The Sugar Shack is located three blocks from Main Street (8 minute walk), and a half mile from Deer Valley Resort. There is a bus stop located steps from the front of Settler’s Ridge Complex which provides easy and free access to all of Park City.
The Sugar Shack has been thoughtfully furnished, finished and taken care of, providing the complete relaxing mountain vacation. The home is ideal for a family or group of friends looking to escape and enjoy the mountains while staying in a beautiful home.
Fun Fact: Hallmark Channel’s #1 movie in 2020, "Christmas Waltz", was written at The Sugar Shack by actor, singer, and Broadway star Michael Damian.

- Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to additional pet fees and deposits. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval you may be subject to a fine
- This home does not have AC.

Private underground parking for one car.
This home comes with a pack n’ play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
