Overview

The slopeside private residences at One Steamboat Place offer premier lodging right in Gondola Square in Steamboat's Mountain Village. The 3-bedroom Three Forks Mountain home is ideal for two couples or a small family.

The large open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining and living areas creating a free-flowing space at the heart of the residence. Aspiring chefs will delight in the professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances and the opportunity to grill outside on the built-in Viking gas barbecue grill on the private deck. The deck also gets wonderful warming sun in the mornings to sit out and enjoy your coffee.

The adjoining dining area features a handcrafted dining table that seats eight, and there are stools for three more people at the kitchen bar counter.

Three Forks Mountain offers a master bedroom with king bed, fireplace and spacious en suite bathroom with steam shower, double sink vanity, rain showerhead and Jacuzzi tub. The junior master also has a king bed and private bathroom. The third bedroom features three sets of bunk beds, two are full over full and the third is a twin over twin.

The home office boasts an iMac desktop computer with WiFi and the residence is conveniently located close to the impressive fitness facility and spa.

Enjoy all the Timbers Resorts signature touches throughout One Steamboat Place, including exquisite gathering areas and one of the most beautiful day spas in the West. One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast and après ski, ski valet and on-call local shuttle, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.

A service fee will apply to all guests over the age of 10, paid directly to One Steamboat Place upon checkout. Fee subject to change.

For a couple or smaller family, Three Forks Mountain can be configured to offer one or two bedrooms by locking off bedrooms not needed.

Amenities such as the pool, fitness center, spa, and motion studio continue to be available with modified protocols in place to safely manage their use by appointment. At this time food and beverage service is being offered with COVID protocols observed. Service is subject to change in accordance with local regulations. On-call local shuttle is still offered with limits on occupants in place.
