ABOUT THE CONDO
This Park City condo features homey lodge décor and heated tile floors. Store your skis, boots, and equipment in the entryway, where you will find hooks and benches for gear.
In the gourmet kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare meals at home. The gas range, granite counters, a Keurig coffee maker, and farmhouse sink are sure to impress. Throw together a big pot of chili, then grab a local beer and relax at the bar with two seats while it simmers.
After a day on the slopes, stretch out on the sofa or chair in front of the gas fireplace and trade stories about your best runs. Or relax with a movie on the 72” flat-screen TV.
Gather everyone around the dining table for six and dig into that chili. Later, pull out the games from the cabinet beside the fireplace.
There are two patios off the main living area—one has a grill, the other is where you’ll find the hot tub.
A full bathroom is located just off the main living area, and offers a walk-in shower and a separate room for the vanity.
In the first-floor master retreat, you’ll find a king bed, 32” flat screen TV, and a desk area. The en suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
The second floor has a guest room with a king bed, access to a deck with mountain views, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Another guest room has a twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed.
The third floor is a loft with two twin beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This condo offers plenty of space for a large family or group of friends, and is the perfect home base for your next mountain getaway.

THE LOCATION
This condo is located right across the street from the Silver Star Chairlift. You can also hop on the free shuttle, which will take you 0.5 miles to the main base of Park City Mountain Resort.
You can also take the shuttle to Main Street for shopping, dining, and other amusements. Ski right up to the High West Distillery and Saloon for American fare, whiskey tastings, and tours. Or check out Old Town Cellars for a taste of the “official wine of the Aprés.” For tantalizing southwestern cuisine, try Chimayo Restaurant.
Your condo is also just a 2-minute walk from Silver Star Café, for American fare on an outdoor patio.
If you arrive in summer, there’s plenty to do. All Seasons Adventures offers fly fishing, mountain bike tours, kayaking, and white water rafting (5 minutes to the main location). Adventures at the Stillman Ranch offers horseback riding for all experience levels (42-minute drive). Your condo is also located on the 13th hole of the Park City Golf Course.
There are oodles of hiking and biking activities in the surrounding area. And Salt Lake City is just a 30-minute drive.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: There is parking in the small lot outside. A parking pass is provided in the unit. The parking pass must be displayed to avoid being towed. PLEASE RETURN PARKING PASS UPON CONCLUSION OF STAY.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
