Set amid gorgeous mountain and valley views, you will relax in supreme comfort, with a fully-equipped kitchen, an oversized island and a full washer/dryer. Four deluxe bedrooms provide comfort in different configurations, including a king bed in two bedrooms, one queen bed in the third bedroom and two full beds in the fourth bedroom. Five full bathrooms and a powder room meet everyone's needs. A gorgeous dining table for 8, with nearby seating for 5 more at the breakfast bar, makes hosting meals easy. Relaxing in front of the stone fireplace, near the balcony off the living area, rounds out a relaxing, luxurious stay, all beneath double-high ceilings and windows. A private hot tub completes the outdoor entertaining experience.

The Location

Nestled high up on the mountain in Deer Valley’s exclusive Empire Pass neighborhood, the freestanding Tower Club Villa provides immediate access to the Silver Strike Express ski lift. You’ll also find the Empire Canyon Lodge nearby, which hosts Fireside Dining in the evenings, Wednesday through Saturday, during the ski season.

Enjoy easy access to Deer Valley Resort’s Silver Strike Express chairlift, and be centrally located between Silver Lake Lodge and Empire Canyon Lodge, so you’re only one run away from on-mountain dining in winter. In the summer, the Empire Pass lodging provides guests with access to Deer Valley’s mountain biking and hiking trails.

This elegant residence offers ample room and comfort to spread out, while providing warm and welcoming gathering areas perfect for entertaining, both inside and outside. The main living area features double-high ceilings with a stone fireplace, surrounded by ample seating for comfortable conversation, and bordered by the considerable deck, with firepit. The gourmet kitchen has modern appliances, including a range, a microwave, two dishwashers, glasses, dishes, silverware and cookware to make your stay even more comfortable. Separate bar and coffee bar makes entertaining seamless. The dining table with seating for 8 provides the perfect setting for meals and entertaining, with additional seating for 5 available nearby at the breakfast bar. Casual seating for four near the coffee bar makes serving simple.

Outdoor Deck: One adjacent to the living spaces and provides great views with a fire pit, and a second one with a private hot tub with exclusive valley views

Tower Club Restaurant: The Tower Club restaurant breakfast buffet is served daily until 11am. Open year round. Complimentary to all guests. The Tower Club restaurant also serves lunch and dinner during the ski season. Spring, summer, and fall lunch and dinner are closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Beautiful outdoor patio with heaters serves après ski daily in winter and is available for outdoor dining in spring, summer, and fall. Reservations for lunch and dinner are required.

Outdoor Pool, Hot Tubs, Firepit: Wrap up your day relaxing in the slopeside heated outdoor pool and two hot tubs with views of Flagstaff Mountain. Families love enjoying hot chocolate, while toasting marshmallows, at the adjacent outdoor firepit. Guest storage is available in the slopeside ski locker room. The staffed ski valet will make storing and retrieving your skis easy and convenient

Fitness Center: The large fitness center is open year-round, and is well appointed with a treadmill, elliptical machine, recumbent bike, rowing machine, multi-weight machine, dumbbell free weights, adjustable bench, medicine balls and resistance bands. Separate ladies and gentleman’s locker rooms provide changing facilities, bathrooms, showers, steam room, hot tub and swimsuit dryers. The steam rooms are spacious and provide the perfect place to relax and recover after a day of adventure or an invigorating workout.
