The second bedroom downstairs has two twin-over-full bunk beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink. The third bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. The bathroom has a combined shower and tub with single sink. The fourth bedroom downstairs has a king bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink. The residence has an additional half bathroom. This residence also has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, private hot tub and private balcony.
