Back in the home, the main living area is on the top floor with a cozy yet open floor plan.

If arrival date is more than 115 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 115 days prior to arrival.

The initial payment of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 115 days from the date of arrival.

A credit card preauthorization of $1,200.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
