This mountain retreat offers stunning views of Longs Peak and the Continental Divide from the banks of the Big Thompson. Aspen groves and spruce trees surround this truly perfect riverfront escape.

Located on Hwy 66, it is just a few minutes from the south entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, and walking distance to the Rock Inn, a favorite local eatery.

The first floor features the open-concept living, kitchen and dining areas. The oversized rustic table in the dining area comfortably seats six. The kitchen has full-size appliances and everything necessary for a home-cooked meal. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area let in plenty of natural light while showcasing the view of the river and the foothills of the Rockies.

Just past the living area is a door leading out to the deck, with immaculate views of the Big Thompson River and the Rocky Mountain foothills.
